It is because I want to.
I work as an IT Project Manager. In my free time, I can do programming (which I love) or drawing (which I also love), or a number of many other things I also enjoy. I end up choosing to draw 95% of the time.

I happen to have a large wacom here ... but I want to improve my traditional skills first (Learn once, draw anywhere ;) ).

Online, Amazon. Shipped it to Saudi using Aramex US mail service. Cost me around 3100 S.R. something (I think the shipping and the taxes were near 500 S.R.)
